Active services


This screenshot shows an overview of all services assigned to a certain client. Choice of Show removed services will include into the report of active serices also those which were removed earlier. You can display Active services according to the cathegory: All services - Internet - CATV - DVBC - VoIP - Universal - HotSpot, according to what services you provide.

This overview is related only to a specifically chosen customer. The total overview of all services might be seen in individual bookmarks according to enquired service.




Show removed services

Removed services are typically hidden, using this button will allow you to display removed services.


Show

Select the service type which you wish to be displayed for this client: [ all services ] [ Internet ] [ CATV ] [ DVBC ] [ VoIP ] [ Universal ] [ HotSpot ]
The selection is showing all services active in the system. If there are more types of services assigned to a client, you can display all of them in better-arranged way. .


Add a new service

The screenshot serves to add a new service Internet, CATV, DVBC, VoIP, Universal, HotSpot to this client.


Total month payment

Information showing the total price for all the service used by the client.


Service heading

Using this button will switch us into the screenshot with service edits. The screenshot is identical with the one for adding a new service, only the data entered are filled in in advance.

Send all information regarding a specific service to a listed e-mail.


When you use this button, you will delete this service. Removed service is not really deleted from the system, it is only deactivated and hidden away from the list of active services. The button in the heading of the page Show removed services will display the report of services together with the earlier removed ones.

Service Detail

Transmitted data

The overall report of transmitted month`s data and detailed daily statistics.


Other IP addresses

Other IP addresses assigned to this service. Used in case the client has more connected computers and does not use a router (which is a more convenient solution).


Subordinate users

Similar usage as "Other IP addresses", just with the difference that other IP addresses of the client are located on a different access point and not at on the same AP like in the first case.


Invoice individually

Information about the wish to issue an individual invoice to this service. This settings might be edited using the button "Edit" in the service settings.



Installation address

Shows the address (the location of the extension-line) on the web server Google Maps.


Connected since

The date since which the service has been technically enabled.


Invoicing period

Select a desired invoicing period: no bill, monthly, quarterly, biannually and yearly. Quarterly invoicing period is more convenient and is set as a default because of the VAT. You can turn off quarter invoicing in the settings of Invoicing / Settings / Universal, here, activate the item of Floating invoicing period.


Speed

The speed of receiving and sending data settings. You can enter the speed only if no other pre-set tariff is listed. In case a pre-set tariff is chosen, the values of both speeds will lowered by the specific tariff.

User IP address

The IP address under which the client is listed in the system, ie. the address of wlan interface of the routerboard ( routed network ), or wireless of PCI card ( bridged network ).


User MAC address

MAC address of the client`s wlan interface.


End device MAC address

Physical address of wireless interface of the user PC connected through bridge. MAC address of the end device is entered only in case the client has some HW device which works in the bridge mode.


GW

Default gateway for the clients devices.


Primary DNS

The main server for the names preview. Here it is advisable to set the IP address of the server with installation of the ISP admin. The ISP admin contains configured cache-only DNS server which will store translated requirements from your network for faster handling of following enquiries.


Secondary DNS

Backup DNS server for the names preview. You can set for example your own DNS server or DBS server of your Internet provider.


Tariff

The tariff which was assigned to the service during its adding or editing. If you did not choose any tariff, the value "Not listed" will appear; the service settings is thus an individual thing (Download, Upload, Price, Discount, etc.) entirely indpendent of pre-set tariffs.


Router

The router which the customer is connected to.


Note

In case some of the services or clients are mediated by a third party, their name is listed here.
