Contracts

Here you can easily add various kinds or pre-defined contracts to a certain customer, for example these: Rent contract, Blanket contract, Delivery contract, Invoicing, Reminder, Letter of information, Contract to provide services...

In the bookmark Settings / Contracts you can create your own contract templates. The advantage of such template is the possibility of using the system variables. When creating a contract, all the used variables are replaced by the real client`s details (name, address, tariffs, prices, etc.). Thus you can easily generate a large number of documents with the client`s personal details and actual information about the services. The resulting document may be used as a sample for all clients.

New contract

Generating a contract for a specific service of a certain client using the system variables and pre-arranged contracts.

View added contract

Using this button, you can display a preview of the contract.

Send a contract to the client`s e-mail

Sends a created contract to the client`s e-mail which is listed in the client card.

Remove a contract from the client card

Deletes a specific contract from the detail of the client account.
