History

History of all changes regarding a given client account. You can choose a field of recorded history of the client out of the roll-out offer: History of changes within the card, Received text messages, Sent text messages, Sent e-mails and Reminders. Every record contains an adjusted item with the value before and after the change, the date and time of the change, as well as who has done the change. It is not possible to edit, change or delete the records in History due to a certain predicative value retention. Therefore you will have a good view of who and when did a specific change and setting.
