Information
This screen shows all the information concerning personal and invoicing detils. The correctness of these data is rather crucial, they are later used for the needs of scheduling and mainly for the needs of invoicing services. Therefore it is advisable to check the details in the client card after adding a client.
All changes in this card are recorded by the system and you can find them whenever in the bookmark Client card history for a specific client, or you can globally find the changes for all client contacts in the menu Statistics / Logger the menu offer History of changes in the client card.
Personal details
Using this button will allow you to edit personal and invoicing data of this client. This screenshot is entirely identical with the screenshot for adding a new contact, all the fields, however, are filled in in here.
Print option for client settings, for example for establishing or while attending service intervention.
Sending all the information regarding a specific service to a given e-mail. The record of client settings. What IP address they have, settings of the DNS servers, and other details about the Internet service... This record with the settings is sent to the client or is used for informing the technician, who will be carrying out the intervention.
Send e-mail to this client. Create a new e-mail or use a template.
Send sms to this client. This button shows only in case you have enabled sending tet messages and in case a mobile phone is connected.
The address (the location of the extension-line) will be shown on the map server Google Maps.
Added into the system
The date since which the service has been technically conducted.
Last change
Time and date of the last edit of this service. More details in history of changes in the client card.
Carried out by
The name of the admin account, who carried out the last edits in this service settings. More again in history of changes.
User name
The login name needed for the access into the client part of the ISP admin system. For the default login name client number is used, but ut us possible to set also own login names, see detail of the Internet service.
Password
The client`s password for login to the user unterface for creating or editing the service. The client may their passwords change anytime after login, and again in the settings you can force the change of the password after the first login.
Time and date of the last login into the user interface. If you click on the magnifier icon, you will display the information from the bookmark Statistics / Logger. Recorded events of the system processes aimed at the event of a given user`s login to the user interface. Thus you know about using of this client interface by this user. You can make sure if the client uses their user interface actively.
Contact persons
The persons which can be contacted during the communication with the customer. These details are not required if we speak about a regular client where the names are identical. If necessary add more or edit the current.
Invoicing details
Displaying of invoicing details of the client serve for a preview and check of the information used for the needs of invoicing. These details may be modified any time by means of the button
Edit in the previous part Personal details.
The name of the company
Displays invoicing address of the customer.
IČ (identification number), DIČ (tax identification number)
In case of a firm, the identification number of a corporate body, of a self-employed natural person, and the identification number of a tax payer.
Returned contract
Information about a returned contract, may be even with the date of returning.
Invoicing group
Which invoicing group the client is assigned to.
Type of payment
Shows the way of payment for the issued invoices.
Suspend a user
After how many days the user`s services are to be suspended.
Invoice due date
The number of days for making an appropriate payments.
Send invoices via regular mail
Information about the way of delivery.
Send invoices via e-mail
Information about the way of delivery.
Scoring
It is a numerical expression of the customer`s payment discipline. The value expresses sum of positive days when the customer pays before the due date and negative days in case the customer sends the payment after the due date.
According to this information, you can assume a certain attitude to your customers, either a positive attitude for those who pay in time and thus you may solve their claims preferentially, or a negative attitude to those who are of a bad payment discipline and postpone their claims.
Notes
Information which is not stated above. Personal remarks, notes or comments towards the client. This text is shown only in the administrator interface so that no customer can see them in their account. You thus can enter complaints or notes from telephone conversations with the customer.
Every note is marked by the date and time of insertion as well as by the name of the administrator account under which the note was added.
Using this button you will be able to add a note to a contact.
Edit a note.
Delete a note. Deleted notes cannot be refreshed.
