Messages
The messages sent to a client into his user interface. These messages are seen only by the customer for whom they are meant because the access into user interface is guarded by a password.
Client messages may be entered into the system in two ways such as Private messages, or Messages for all users.
In the preview of the messages, you can see the date of adding each of the messages, its due date by which the message will be displayed, the person who added the message and own text message. All messages may be edited anytime.
To add a new message into the user interface, see the picture Private messages.
Date
When was the message created. If you edit the message later, the date will remain the same so that it does not confuse the user.
Valid to
The date by which the message will be displayed in the user interface. After expiration, the message will be removed automatically.
Heading
The message heading which briefly summarizes its content or importance.

The message own text which it is possible to easily edit using an intuitive HTML editor.
Using this button, you will display the screen for editing already existing messages; you thus may edit the text of the message or prolong the due date.

Private messages
Simple messages and notifications for the clients; personal data edit, etc. They are entered by using the button
Add a message directly in the client card.
So added message will display only in a certain client´s user interface.
Messages for all users
System messages and notifications designated to all clients added by the administrator through the screen menu Settings / Others / News. Used for sales events reporting, announcing apologies for connectivity failures, changes in company or plant details, etc.
So added message will display in the client interface of all your customers.
Destination display of both the messages in the client interface
A client will see both the types of message equally so they will not recognize the difference between a personal message in their client card and a collective message.
