User interface


Each client has the access to their user portal where the invoices, settlements, transmitted data graphs, messages and infomration sent by the system provider, are in a well-arranged manner displayed. The user interface is nowaday located into five world languages.

Behavior and displaying of the user interface may be edited in the offer of Settings / System settings / User interface where you will find more detailed description of the settings. The edit of the visual aspect is descrobed in the FAQ section .




Adding a new theme

To add a new theme of the appearance, copy this in the file of /data/support/ispadmin_support/themes/ original themes "default" under new name, for example theme1.

Inside of the file theme1, there is a file describing the appearance by means of cascade styles: /css/screen.css. That one you can edit according to your own needs.

* To access your server you can use the Czech program WinSCP.

Aktivation of the theme

In the system settings Settings / System settings / User interface by changing the item of "tech_support_theme", the used theme setting, eg. already mentioned theme1.

If you have a template set for the User interface as the default, the template will rewrite after every update. Do not forget to set the theme to the system by the mentioned way.
