Information


Information about the user

The basic information about the client`s person. The name, contacts, mailing address and billing address.

  • Send an authorization request

Authorized requests from the user interface are sent to the technicians` e-mails who have entered their e-mail address in their administrator account as well as "send tasks to e-mail" checked off in the scheduling settings. Furthermore, the request will be delivered to the system e-mail for this purpose which can be set into the item of ur_auth_request_mail in the menu of Settings / System settings / User interface.



Current information

Messages forwarded to the client into their user interface. These messages are seen only by the selected client for whom the messages are designated, as the login into the user interface is protected by a password. In the preview of messages, you can see the date of adding every message, the validity by which the message will be displayed, who added the message and the own text of the message.

Client messages added into the system are divided into two types:

  • Private messages

Simple messages and announcements for the clients, edit of personal information, etc. These are set right in the client card. Only the particular client sees these.

  • Messages added by the admin

The system messages and notifications designated for all clients entered by the admin through the screen menu of Settings / Others / News.

If your client changes a telephone number or starts actively using another e-mail address in the course of their using the service, here they have the option to edit or complete the current contact information.

These edits may be of course carried out manually in the ISP admin system in the client card. In case the client edits their information like this, the notification will be sent to the system administrator`s e-mail.

The offer allowing the client to change the current password for the access into the user interface.

If you wish every client to change the default password after the first login to their own password, they can do so by changing the values to "1" at the item of "Force out the change of password after the first login into the user interface" in the menu of Settings / System settings / User interface.

The default password for the first login into the user interface is stated in the Client card - Information.
