Dealer (Partners)

For the Internet providers the Dealer module represents the possibility to file commissions and payments to its dealers/partners within one system. The ISP has contact and statistic information at hand including paid-off and unpaid invoices. Every dealer has an individual access to their interface where they can watch statuses of these provisions in the form of invoices.

What is the Dealer module used for?

Administration of dealers

• The bookmark of Settings → Administrators → Dealers
• Options:
  • Add, edit, or remove a dealer
  • File the payments paid off to the dealers
  • Show the statistic information about the dealers or about a single dealer

Add, edit, or remove a dealer

• Add: The bookmark of Settings → Administrators → Dealers the icon with the text of „Add a dealer“
• Edit: The bookmark of Settings → Administrators → Dealers the icon of „Edit in the line of a dealer“
• Remove: The bookmark of Settings → Administrators → Dealers the icon of „Remove in the line of a dealer“
• Options:
  • Commission: The default commission value. Commission may be edited for every service.
  • Edit the credit: Manual edit of the credit.

Edit of the credit

• The bookmark of Settings → Administrators → Dealers the icon of „Edit in the line of a dealer“ → the link of „Edit of the credit“
• A dealer already has some credit before implementing the Dealer module
• Manual edit of the credit by setting plus or minus price.

Information about the dealer

• The bookmark of Settings → Administrators → Dealers the loupe icon in the dealer line
• General information about the dealer
• Statistic information about the dealer
• Information about the payments to the dealer
• The list of issued invoices of the dealer, options:
  • The loupe icon: show the invoice
  • Text „for what items?“: The list of items for which the invoice has been issued

Information about the dealers

• The bookmark Settings → Administrators → Dealers the loupe icon with the text of „Information about the dealers“
• Statistic information about the dealers
• The list of invoices of all dealers, options:
  • The loupe icon: show the invoices

Assign a dealer to the services

• The bookmark of Settings → Contacts: any user → Active services: add or edit a service
• The form is always at the end of the page

• Options:
  • Add or remove a dealer
  • Select a commission type
    • percents from the price of the service
    • firmly given sum
    • firstly, the pre-set percentage is offered
• Information about a dealer assigned to a service: The bookmark of Users → Contacts → Active services

• Login for the dealers is at adresa.ispadmin.cz/partner/

• Options:
  • Credit gained
  • My information
  • Show the list of obtained clients
  • Show the invoices, information about due dates and billing
  • Show clients payments

• The list of services with the clients gained

Billing

• Obtained credit
• Issue an invoice
  • Dealer interface → Billing → Issue an invoice

• Overview of issued invoices:
  • Information about payments
  • Show an invoice
• Invoices are seen even by the administrator in the ISP admin

Clients payments

• The list of services with clients
• Information about payments and due dates
  • Not paid before the due date
  • Paid
  • Not paid after the due date

Management of payments to the dealers

• Settings → Administrators → Dealers → Payments to the dealers
• The list of payments to the dealers
• Input a payment to the dealers

Insert a payment (paid to the dealers)‏

• The bookmark of Settings → Administrators → Dealers → Payments to dealers → Insert a payment
• Select the dealer
• Insert the sum and variable symbol
• The bookmark of Settings → Administrators → Dealers the loupe icon in the dealer line → the icon of a coin for unpaid invoices
