Introduction to Planning module
ISP admin module also contains a clear organization of tasks and plans, including records generated service calls and resolutions of technician service.
Planning module settings can be set under Settings / System settings / Scheduling, where you can customize the behavior of the module according to your needs.
It is appropriate to adjust the registration of rights in planning the menu Settings / Administrators. There may, for example the main techniques, planning and administrative assistance to plan tasks for each technique. They then have access to your daily schedule, where they can find out what, when and where it is necessary to solve during the day.
Planning module provides the following points:
- Adding new tasks to the plan for the service technician.
- List all planned work of service technicians.
- Monitoring the workload of technicians.
Adding the selected technology plan is divided into three areas:
- Report a problem - Entering task into the system, which will wait, until it enters the resolved.
- Realization - After solving the task entrusted technician writes the result into the system and the task is marked as completed.
- Time schedule - Serve the overall review of work and a better layout between the remaining members of the team service.

According to the type of color-coded entries in the table, it provides an overview and easy handling of all records scheduled for specific days, such as installation, replacement, failure, or other interventions. Between days can be easily switched by the attached calendar. The calendar also displays the specified public holidays. Click on each task, you can edit it. |
