Daily plan
This screen serves for displaying and organizing the tasks and plans of all technicians for a certain day. They have the possibility to see their tasks for a certain day, or to send the daily plan via e-mail.
Upon clicking into the empty field, you will add a new task in a given time interval. Upon clicking into every task, you can edit them.
Calendar
A simple calendar allows easy switching among individual days, shows days with assigned tasks and also entered bank holiday, see Settings / Codebooks / Holidays.
Key to the colour labelling of the tasks
A coloured division allows easier orientation in the planning overviews. The types of tasks distighuished in this way are to be found in all option relating to the scheduling module.
According to the type of colour division of the tasks in the table, these provide you with an overview and easier manipulation with all planned records for given days, such as installations, replacements, failures, or other interventions.
Simplified preview
Upon ticking off this option, the plan report will be simplified to only one name and address.
Tasks icons
In the header of every tasks there are these icons by which means you can display records about the tasks in the PDF format, or send them to an e-mail.
Show a daily plan for a specific technician.
Send a daily plan to an e-mail of a specific technician.
Show service reports for this day.
Send a service report for this day to an e-mail.
Show the plan also with the finished tasks for this day.
