Summary

The summary of the planned tasks allows comfortable watching of scheduling of all the technicians. A number of criteria there are available for limitin the final display and there is also the possibility for fulltext search. The ID of the plan is also made public for easier search for the plan.

Displayed tasks may be edited by means of the icon of the list at the right top corner of every task, or you can show a client card for a client for who the task is being carried out by means of the loupe icon . Upon using the button of , you will remove a given task. When you remove a task, the removal will be recorded into the logger Statistics / Logger / Removed service interventions. Here are the removed tasks, the table shows when and which administrator removed it.

Calendar

A simple calendar allows easy switching among the individual days, shows the days with assigned tasks and shows also the bank holidays, see Settings / Codebooks / Holidays.

Priority

The definition of the importance of every task, distinguishes between Low, Middle, High.

Technician

The list of all technicians in the system.

Type

The list of types of tasks such as measuring, installation, failure, etc. (colour division).

Status

The task status, displaying the task according to the criteria of: resolved a unresolved .

Invoiced

Billing, displaying the tasks according to the criteria of: invoiced, uninvoiced and all.

Date of solution from/to

You can enter a time range required for displaying.

Fulltext

Search of a certain word expression or phrase. You can search for a specific task using its ID number.

Show the tasks only until the current date

To-be-planned tasks will not be shown.
