Weekly plan


Weekly planning shows an account of tasks for the whole week for a specific technician. According to the selected name, you have the possibility to add a new task upon clicking into selected time interval. In every plan under the client`s name, there is and ID of the ticket.




Select a technician

Select the name of the technician for who you wish to show an account of their tasks for the whole week.


Calendar

A simple calendar allows easy switching among the individual days, shows the days for which tasks were designated as well as entered bank holidays, see Settings / Codebooks / Holidays.


Key to the colour labelling of the tasks

A coloured division allows easier orientation in the planning overviews. The types of tasks distighuished in this way are to be found in all option relating to the scheduling module.

According to the type of colour division of the tasks in the table, these provide you with an overview and easier manipulation with all planned records for given days, such as installations, replacements, failures, or other interventions.

Upon using this button you can show a weekly plan in the PDF format. This overview serves as a to-do list in which the technician may check off their weekly tasks and they also can have a paper work overview in their hands.
