System administrators

Adding system administrators and other user accounts. If a technician is created and if there are some tasks assigned to them, they cannot be deprived of their function as technicians until all the tasks are dealt with. It is recommended to create several user accounts with different authorizations for the system access. You may use the following example for your own practice:

Master admin

The main administrator

Technicians

Scheduling administrator

Accountant

All authorizations for the ISP admin system administration may do all.

Limited view, sees technical stuff but does not see invoicing; especially the main technicians.

Forbidden invoicing, limited function within scheduling, or routers only for reading.

Everything in scheduling allowed, but other things forbidden or only for reading.

Only invoicing allowed, limit for all techical bookmarks and scheduling.

Using this button, you can create a new admin account for the access and work in the system. When you click on the button, a screen for the settings of a new system user opens.

Edit button of the settings of an admin account. Edit of the settings runs similarily to adding a new account.

Removes an admin account. Beware! - with no possibility of return.
