Material installed for the clients

The definition of the used material which is installed for the clients. You can later assign these defined items into the client card during the installation and service interferences, or as a rented device.

These items serve only as an overview of what material and device are installed at the client. These are not included in the billing module automatically. If you wish to account for the material, list it as a through item of a separate invoice, or add an invoice behind the Internet service.

Detailed overview will display a list of all clients who have had the selected device or material together with the number of pieces installed. You can click on any name of the listed clients and thus enter their client cards where you can do more edits.

Each client has the menu of Material in their cards where all items of devices and material, which have been installed for the client, are listed.

Material

The name or a short description of the listed material.

Units

The name of unit of measure, for devices list also pcs - pieces, cabling m - meters.

Price with VAT

The price of the material with the VAT for a unit of measure.

Price without VAT

The price of the material without the VAT for a unit of measure.

Number of clients

The total number of the clients owning this material type.

Show detailed overview

Shows a table with the list of clients who own this material and how much they own of it.

Edit

By using this button, you can edit the parametres of a specific material settings at any time.

Remove

Removes the record about the material.
