Contracts
The advantage of pre-arranged contracts is the use of the system variables. When creating a contract for the client, all the variables used will be replaced by the real client information (name, address, tariffs, prices…). In this way, you can simply generate a large number of contracts or documents with personal information of the clients and current information about their services. The final document may be used as a template for a certain group or for all clients.
By means of this menu you can import contracts templates which may be later assigned to individual customers in their client card Contracts bookmark. In the Open Office - Writer text editor you will create a contract template. You will save the final document as RTF and import it to the system by the button of 
New template.
Note: We rather do not recommend the use of Microsoft - Word editor, in some cases format characters are input into the key word for the variable which then causes that it is not duplicated into the ISP admin.
In case an error notification that "The file is not of the right format" during an attempt to edit 
, appropriate settings must be edited in the section of Settings / System settings / Public, in item contract_type, select the PDF type.
After clicking on this button, the list of system variables will appear in the following several cathegories: Client, Internet, VoIP, Reminders, etc. All these variables may be used when drafting contract templates.

New template
Title
The title of the added contract under which this will appear in the offer of the client card Contracts.
Browse
Select the way to the uploaded file with the contract in the RTF format.
Note - Currently, it is not possible to create new templates for contracts by means of the HTML editor due to the bad drawing into the PDF format. Always input contracts only in supported PDF format.
