Info page
The info pages serve as notifications to the customers about suspending their Internet service. A suspended client sees only defined info page with the notification instead of browsing the Internet. This notification may be for example about the reason for suspending the service, or about where to apply for solving the problem. These info pages are thus displayed only to those users who were manually suspended by you, or to those who were suspended automatically by the system itself, eg. due to an unpaid invoice.
Every reason for suspension has its own info page, which you will create in the menu of Settings / Infopage / Profiles. These pages are shown to the suspended clients according to the reason of suspension which you will select in the settings of Active services in the client card during suspending the client.

Allowed pages
Allowed web pages for suspended users. This bookmark allows setting exceptions for chosen servers which will be able to be accessed even while being suspended.
Profiles
Easy info page creation by means of built-in wysiwyg editor. Later, while suspending clients, it will be possible to select one of these profiles which will display at every attempt to access the Internet.
