Allowed pages

Allowed web pages for suspended clients. This bookmark allows setting exceptions for selected servers which will be possible to access even when being suspended.

Here, it is possible to allow access to your company pages for laying a claim or for searching contact information. It is also advisable to allow access to selected banking institutions; the clients suspended due to unpaid invoices thus may make the payment online with their bank even though their Internet access is being blocked. If the client pays the debts, the ISP admin system will automatically allow full access to the Internet. Remember, if you add a link to some web, eg. a link for infected clients for reinstallation, the rules for safe browsing, or a link to a specialized company, you must list these web pages in allowed links.

Add allowed link

Using this button will enable you to add allowed links. In the following screenshot, fill in name of the link, the description to where the link is directed as well as the IP address of the web server.

Edit of existing record by re-valuing the current values.

Remove allowed link.

Remove the links from the system, which will remove the record from the firewall rules and the link will be locked up.

The table of allowed links with legend will then be displayed in the lower part of every info page. The IP addresses of set routers will be allowed on firewall, which will thus unblock the servers.
