E-mail templates
E-mail templates allow defining the templates of sent e-mails and in connection with the system variables create an easy, quick and inexpensive way to send messages to your clients. You can send an e-mail to every customer separately from their client card, or you can use mass e-mails sending in the bookmark of Others / Mass e-mail.
You can create templates for sent e-mails in order not to be obliged to write the same text every time you want to send an e-mail. The most often used templates are reminders, information on discounts, request for new address information, etc.
Add a new template
You will only fill in the name of the template, the e-mail subject and by means of the HTML editor you will create content of the message. You can use also some of the system variables.
After clicking on this button, the list of variables will appear in these several cathegories: Client, Internet, VoIP, Reminders, etc. All these variables may be used when drafting a contract template.
