SMS templates
SMS templates allow defining templates of sent SMS messages; in connection with the system variables, this makes easy but more expensive way in comparison to sending e-mails. However, the advantage is in an immediate notification of the customer as well as the independence on the Internet connection. You can send an SMS message to the customer from their clienr card, or you can use sending mass SMS messages in the bookmark of Ostatní / Mass SMS.
You can create tamplated for the sent messages so that you do not have to write the same text everytime you are sending a message. The most frequent templates are reminders, information on discounts, requests for new address information, etc.
Add a new template
After clicking on this button, the list of variables will appear in these several cathegorie: Client, Internet, VoIP, Reminder, etc. All these variable may be utilized when drafting contrat templates.
