VoIP Asterisk


  • Implemented VoIP integration of the Asterisk switchboards. The system automatically downloads the switchboard data periodically and saves them in the database. A detailed list of calls is then displayed for the clients.
  • In the Settings / Others / VoIP asterisk menu, it is possible to add individual switchboards. The IP address, username and password for SQL database on the telephone switchboard must be entered.
  • On the telephone switchboard the access to the SQL database must be allowed so that the ISP admin can download the data of phone calls made. If the access to the SQL database is not correctly set, the phone call data do not display for the client.
  • On the preview page Settings / Others / VoIP asterisk, green or red icon appears which indicates whether the switchboard is online or offline and whether the access to the SQL database is possible.
  • Individual price of phone calls are taken from the switchboard which also does the call price calculation.
  • If the client has the VoIP service created and if they have a correct phone number entered, a detailed list of phone calls can be shown for this service ( by clicking on an appropriate icon )
