Settings influencing Scheduling module behavior.
planning_without_html_tags
E-mails without HTML tags, if this item is set on the value 1, the e-mails are sent from scheduling without HTML tags. It is because of the factthat when somebody sends tasks from scheduling to a cell phone, the e-mail with HTML tags would not be readable on that cell phone.
planning_discount_rate
The number of percents for discount in scheduling.
planning_not_done_projects
Do not display finished tasks, if a large number of finished tasks exists in the system, you can hide them using this settings.
planning_not_finished
Send unifinished tasks to an e-mail, notify via e-mail about the unfinished tasks in the system.
planning_not_finished_email
E-mail for sending unifinished tasks.
planning_not_finished_hour
At what time the plan will be sent.
planning_service_list_text
The text in the service list, displayed at the end of the service list. The variable $TECHNIK$ will be replaced by the name of the technician, the variable $TIME$ is current time.
planning_mail_copy
Forwarding all the e-mails from scheduling to a listed e-mail address.
planning_send_plan_autom
Send the plan to the technicians, if a certain technician has a task planned for the day, they will receive it in their e-mail.
planning_send_service_messages
Send service messages to the technicians automatically.

Emaily bez HTML značek. Pokud je tato položka nastavena na hodnotu 1, emaily se z Plánování posílají bez HTML značek. Je to z toho důvodu, že pokud někdo posílá úkoly z Plánovaní na mobilní telefon, tak bývá mail s HTML značkami na mobilním telefonu nečitelný.

Název emailu pro odesílání z plánování. Tento název se bude zobrazovat u emailu.

Předmět emailu při přidávání úkolu.
planning_email_subject_edit
Předmět emailu při editaci plánu.

Předmět emailu při dokončení úkolu.
planning_not_done_projects
Nezobrazovat dokončené úkoly. Pokud v systému existuje velké množství dokončených úkolů, můžete je tímto nastavením skrýt.

Zasílat na email nesplněné úkoly. Upozorňování prostřednictvím emailu na nesplněné úkoly v systému.

V jakou hodinu bude plán odesílán.

Text v servisní zprávě. Proměnná $TECHNIK$ nahradí jméno technika, proměnná $TIME$ aktuální čas. Zobrazeno na konci servisního listu.

Nadpis servisní zprávy. Sem zadejte nadpis servisní zprávy.
planovani_mail_copy
Přeposílání všech mailů z Plánování na uvedenou emailovou adresu.
planovani_zasilat_plan_autom
Zasílat plán technikům automaticky. Pokud má daný technik naplánovaný úkol na den, dostane ho do svého emailu.
planovani_zasilat_servisni_zpravy
Zasílat servisní zprávy technikům automaticky. Nastavte hodnotu 1, pokud chcete toto povolit.
