Logger


The ISP admin carries also out automatic logging of important events which have run in the process. All recorded events may be displayed easily according to the type of event, ordered according to the column headings and also searched in fulltext.

You can view the following types of recorded events:




User login - Administrators

The record of all attempts to login to the administrator interface. By means of these records, your view of accesses to the system including the date, user name, and length of login. Last but not least, you can also watch whether strangers do not attempt to enter the system, or if so from what address which you then can block on the firewall.


User login - User interface

Generally speaking, the records are identical with those in the previous offer, only that it is an overview of customer accesses into the user interface of the system.


History of router changes

An overview of changes done in all routers. Every record contains the name of the router, old and new value of the item having been changed, the date and time of the change, as well as which user has carried out the specific change.


History changes in the user card

An overview of changes done for all users. Every record contains the name of the router, old and new value of the item having been changed, the date and time of the change, as well as which user has carried out the specific change.


History of modems

An overview of changes done in the modems. Every record contains the name of the router, old and new value of the item having been changed, the date and time of the change, as well as which user has carried out the specific change. The type of change and a description of the event.


History of sent sms messages

The list of all SMS messages sent by the system. Every record is comprised of the addressee, ie. the name of the client, their phone number, sent text, the date and time of sending the SMS message and also which system user sent the message.


Receive a SMS message

The list of all SMS mesages received by the system. It contains all records of customer replys, but most often it is only delivery reports. The teleohone number which has sent the message is recorded. If the telephone number belongs to one of the clients, it is replaced by their name. Upon clicking on the name, you will move to their client card from where you can send another SMS reply. Then the date and time of delivery and the text of the message are displayed.


Wrong sent SMS messages

This list gathers SMS messages which were input into the system but their sending through the SMS gateway failed. Thus you will have the view of unsent SMS messages and it also is a possibility how to reveal GSM gateway unreliability.


Automatic suspend of users

The list of users who were automatically suspended by the system (unpaid invoices), manually suspended users do not list there. You will easily gain a view of who is not currently authorized to use your connection due to unpaid invoices. More information about suspending the users to be found in the FAQ chapter.


FUP - data limits

An overview of the events relating to the data limits. Every record contains the date and time of the event, the name of the user who is concerned by this limit, the type of event such as increase or dicrease in speed, and the settings information, Přehled o událostech týkajících se datových limitů. Každý záznam obsahuje datum a čas události, jméno uživatele, kterého si omezení týká, dále typ události jako jsou zvýšení nebo snížení rychlosti a údaje o nastavení, cancelling and exceeding the FUP limit with specific values.


MAC addresses

The list of MAC addresses which were automatically detected by the system. The main information is contained in the Event column which describe which MAC address is assigned to whom and on which router.


Changes in time tariffs

An overview informing about the changes in setting of connection speed with the time tariffs. The date and time of the change, the name of the system account under which the change has been done, and finally also type and description of the change in speed are displayed.


Removed service interferences

An important overview of removed service interferences. These records must be checked time to time in regarding to whether the technicians do not remove assigned tasks ( are they authorized to do so ). Every record is comprised of the time and date of removal of the service interference, the person who has removed the record, and the type and description of the removed task. Upon clicking on the loupe icon, you can select specific removed tasks.

E-mails from the bank

An overview of all e-mails from the bank listed in the billing of the system. We can check whether some of the bank e-mails are missing or also check their contents.
