Unlink users


This overview of the removed users serves as a swap space for the clients who are ready to be unlinked and for already unlinked clients who have been removed from the system by using the button in the client card. These clients are thus in a well-arranged way separated from the active customers, however, you still can archive their accounts, settings, services and billing for the purposes of later check out, reclamation, or potential re-connection after return from the competition.

After removing a client, all entered information remains in the system, where they are saved and may be browsed at any time on this screen.

In the overview of removed clients, you can order the records according to the column headings and also filter them using the criteria from the page header as well as in the bookmark of Contacts.


Add a new contact

Using this button will display a screen serving for adding a new contact into the system.


Print

The whole, as well as a filtered list of unlinked users may be displayed in the PDF preview and then also printed out.

The definite removal of the user account from the system, after this step, there will be no possibility to restore a given client in any way.


Restoring a user

In case you would wish to restore a certain client back to the list of users, firstly, click on their name in the overview of unlinked clients. Their client card appears with an expressive notification of the date when the customer was unlinked and by whom.

After this, it is enough to click on the button of at the place where the button of used to be.
