The administrative ISP admin system allows effective management of connected clients. The clients are organized in a well-arranged way according to types of routers, types of connection, pre-set tariff rate and to other criteria. Each client has also a set tariff rate from a pre-set list, which is divided into tariff rates for the users Interntet, CATV, DVBC, VoIP, General service a HotSpot.

Above mentioned services are active after the installation (except for DVBC and HotSpot, which are superstructure modules), and in the settings Settings / Active services define which of these services you are going to be provide and which you are going to hide. Enable only those services which are going to be used, leave the other services inactive so that they do not appear in the system; thus you will make the whole system easier to take in.

In each of these lists it is also possible for fulltext search and thus for effective search, and for finding needed information about a customer, criteria are possible to combine and thus reach better search results.

Then, it is always possible to enter sc. Client card by clicking on the name of the customer, which is a screen of details of every contact, which allows further activities.

For quick display of information it is enough to only move the arrow over the name of the contact, immediately a help window will open up conveying information about the contact.
