CATV
The ISP admin system defines the CATV service as a service of providing analog cable TV connection by means of cable manifolds. Its purpose is to bring wider offer of TV programs to the customer as well as the offer of broadband data services. Another important attribute is the ability of transmitting the picture in higher quality, than when it was transmitted terestrially, thanks to schielded cables resistent to external interferences. Internet services providing is also popular in the Czech Republic.
This screen shows the list of users using the CATV service with information such as Invoicing period, Client number, User, Address, Tariff rate, Connected since, Price for a month, and Balance.
Records ordering
You can easily order all records according to each of the listed columns. When you click on the column heading, you will order the whole list according to required record. The first click will order the record upwardly and the second one will order them downwardly.
Records filtering
In the heading of the page with the users, you will find content filtering options and search according to the given criteria, which allows well-arranged work even with the high number of users. You will reach more accurate display of your clients by using the combination of these filters.

Tarif A selection of clients according to the used tariff rate Internet service. Users of all tariffs or of a chosen tariff rate according to the settings of Nastavení / Tarify / CATV.
Direct search of the client, for example according to the first name, last name, or client number. |

F - Invoicing period
Information about invoicing period, in case the client has another invoicing period set than classic monthly, eg. if they have set half-yearly priod. You may edit this settings using the button
Edit and edit the invoicing value in the settings of the service of every client.
Client number
The client number of every client is saved in the system database. It is their unique identifier which the system uses for later work, therefore the number must always be unique. The client number, or also client ID, is used also as a concluded contract number, as a variable symbol stated in the invoices for payment identification, and as a default user name for login to the user interface. Technically speaking, client ID is used for marking and processing the client packets ( mangle ) while coming through the individual MikroTik routers.
User
The name of the customer as it is stated in the client card.
Address
The home address of the client, or the installation address.
Tariff rate
Used tariff rate, see Nastavení / Tarify / CATV.
Connected since
The date from which the customer has been connected ( Adding the Internet service, not only adding a contact).
Price for a month
The invoiced price for the current month.
Balance
The current account balance of overpayment or back payment of every client.
Clicking on this icon, you will display the client card with the Internet statistics. A basic graph showing the assigned line utilization for a current day; after clicking, the detailed statistics of data transmitted will show up, in which the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly graphs are depicted.
Shows the location of the extension-line on the map server http://maps.google.com, a new browser windown opens.
Using this button you will be able to edit the CATV service for a specific client. The data edit screen is identical with the screen for adding the CATV service in the client card.
