Contacts
The list of contacts implemented into the system, which contains their information. The contact maintains information such as First name, Last name, Status, Group, Adding date, and others. According to these data listed in the heading of each column, it is possible to order the whole list.
The list of contacts shows all the clients input to the system, even those who do not use any service (eg. people waiting for connection or disconnection setup, etc.) A contact becomes an active client only when it is assigned a certain service. Only then their settings become readable on access points, the rules are processed and invoicing of the services is initiated.
- When clicking on the name of the client, a client card for this client displays, in which you can work.
- When moving the arrow over the name of the client, a simple information window will appear containing information about the user account.
Using this button you will display a screen which serves for adding a new contact into the system.

The client number of every client is saved in the system database. It is their unique identificator which is then used in the system, therefore this number must always be unique. The client number, or client ID, is also used as a number of a contract concluded, as a variable symbol stated in the invoice for payment identification, and also as a default user name for login to user interface. From the technical point of view, a client ID is used for marking and processing of the client packets ( mangle ) upon coming through MikroTik routers.

Therefore they may keep invoicing in more than one invoicing groups, in which every company is represented individually. In every invoicing group, you can set your own logo, stamp and all the information regardless of the others.
