Internet
This screen shows the list of the users using this service Internet, together with information such as Speed, IP users, Online / offline user, Current processes, Data for a month, Price for a month, Tariff rate, Conneted from and others.
The ISP admin system defines the Internet service as Internet connection providing by means of some of these technologies: WiFi, LAN, FTTB, ADSL, HotSpot.
Records ordering
You can easily order all the records according to each listed column. When clicking on the heading of a column, you will order the whole list of a required record. By the first click upwardly, by the next one downwardly.
Records filtering
In the heading of the page with the users of the service, you will find a wide range of possibilities for content filtering and search according to given criteria, which allows better-prganized work with higher number of users. You will reach more accurate display of the clients if you use a combination of the filters.

Router A selection of preview of the clients for all or only specific routers within the system.
A selection of clients according to the tariff rate for the used Internet services. Users of all tariff rates or a chosen tariff rate according to the settings Settings / Tariffs / Internet.
A selection of clients according to type of connection, see the settings Settings / Codebooks / User type.
Direct search for a client, for example according to a first name, last name, or a client number.

Also other IP address of the client will appear in the list. Normally, only the "main” IP address of the service is displayed. In case the client has more IP addresses, you can display all of them using this checkbox.
Only those users who you have marked for watching their end devices will be listed in the list. The settings is in the Internet options.
F - Invoicing period
Information about invoicing period, in case the client has set different invoicing period than classic monthly, eg. half-yearly one. You can edit the settings using the button
Edit and edit the value for invoicing periot in setting of the service for every client.
Contract number
The number of the contract concluded with a client about providing the service. It is advisable to have the contract number identical with the client number as well as with the variable symbol under which the payments of the client are made. This order will make the identification of the client and their payments really easy by only looking into the statement.
Client number
The client number of every client is saved in the system database. It is their unique identifier which is then used, therefore this number must be always unique. The client number, or also client ID, is used as a number of the concluded contract, as a variable symbol stated in the invoice for identification of the payment, and also as a default user name for login to the user interface. Tehnically speaking, the client ID is used for marking and processing of the client packets ( mangle ) while coming through individual MikroTik routers.
User
The name of the user as it is stated in the client card.
User type
Allows marking connection type for every client, eg. WiFi 5GHz, WiFi 2,4GHz, RADIUS, FTTB, LAN, PPPoE, etc. User types might be defined in the bookmark Settings / Codebooks / User type.
Speed
Assigned speed which us set in the details of the service, either by a directly defined tariff rate or individually.
IP of the modem / end device
The IP address of the modem, or the end device.
User IP
The IP address assigned to the user.
Queue tree
Usually empty, otherwise a special QT is introduced in which the customer is listed.
Modem online
The status of availability of the modem.
User online
The status of the user end device.
Pozor! The function PING is turned off as a default. The main reason for this is reduction in the network load which increases together with the growing number of clients.
It is easy to activate this service. You just need to log in to the command line and uncomment the following line in the file /etc/inittab:

and then run the command:
telinit q
Modem uptime
The period of time during which the modem is online.
Current processes
Displaying of currently utilized speed.
Data for a month
The summary of data transmitted during a month time.
Price for a month
The price invoiced for the current month.
Tariff rate
Used tariff rate, see Settings / Tariffs / Internet.

Connected since
The date of connection of the customer ( Adding the Interner service, not only adding the contact).
The contract valid to
In case you fill in details about the life of the contract, the due date will be shown here.
Suspended since
The date from which the user has been suspended. The items in the settings of the service Suspend the service, or Suspend the service automatically.
Suspended to
The date from which the user will be initiated again.
Balance
The current balance of an overpayment or a back payment of every client.
Detailed Ping statistics on watched user.
A basic graph showing the assigned line utilization for a current day; after the click, a detailed statistics of data transmitted will show up, in which you can also find a daily, monthly and a yearly graph. See User Internet statistics.
The location of the extension-line will show on the map server http://maps.google.com, a new browser window will open.
Manual suspending of the specific user if this client somehow breaches the conditions agreed upon. When suspended, an information page shows t the client saying why they have been suspended. This treatment can be set in the menu Settings / InfoPage, where you define information pages types.
Using this button, you will adjust the Internet service for a specific client. The edit information screen is identical to the screen for adding the Internet service in the client card.
