About the ISPadmin system

ISPadmin system entered the market in 2003. Since then, it has been continuously actively being developed and adjusted to specific requirements of internet providers. Long-time experience and daily communication with the providers ensure high-quality and dynamic evolution of the system, which always reflects our clients` requirements.

It is a proven and stable system that is currently used by more than 180 providers in our country and tens of them all around the world. Nowadays, ISPadmin is localized into five world languages and together with spreading to other parts of the world, new localizations and documentations arise.

ISPadmin is a complex information system intended to especially to internet access providers. ISPadmin deals with website management including the security, router management, up to detailed monitoring of end users. The system moreover comprises several more modules which generally make the daily office work of a company easier. The planning module makes it possible to effectively distribute the tasks to individual technicians and computer network managers. There is also an invoicing module which completely solves the finances associated with internet providing. As a part of the system, there may be other modules such as dealer control, HotSpot providing, or NetFlow module monitoring client communication.

Systém provádí automatické nastaveni firewallů, shapingu, QOS. V současnosti plně podporuje routery se systémy Linux a MikroTik. Aplikace dále podporuje poskytování internetu po rozvodech kabelové televize (CATV). V tomto případě systém zabezpečuje management CMTS i kabelových modemů. Na routerech MikroTik podporuje ISP admin automatické updaty firewallu, Mangle a QueueTree.

The main advantage of the ISPadmin system is a complex support of Mikrotik routers including the API interface. All modifications and changes carried on in the system management are periodically written into Mikrotik router configurations, which ensures the up-to-date settings of the whole network. All the modifications and changes such as adding a client, settings of speed, rate scale, FUP, etc., are easy to input into the system, which will on its own set the routers automatically. The new API interface enables larger information reading from the Mikrotiks than the classical SSH, which for instance enables create detailed graphs of WiFi signals on individual client routers.

ISPadmin makes the work easier to administrators and common technicians in a complex way. With its simplicity, it enables even the non-technically skilled users (for instance business representatives, call-center assistants, and/or secretaries, etc.) to carry out the management.

Thanks to the ISPadmin system the provider has always up-to-date information on all the network devices together with breakdown reports, all the clients and their functions. Last but not least, you also get a record of invoicing and other finances.

Vast statistics and graphs of network devices, clients and systems, thanks to which you will be able to determine the trends in loading of the device, increasing connectivity, and/or information on frequently solved problems with the induvidual clients, are without any doubts a great benefit, which can immensely save your time and money.

It is then a large project involving mainly following tasks:

Administration and a complex ISP network management
End-users register including graphs of individual clients depicting
Client service management, management of used material, photodocumentation, service interferences, etc.
Informative messages for the clients with the possibility of sending to many
Management of contracts and documents, back-ups and export of the users
Device within the network monitoring and reporting potential breakdowns
Nagios monitoring system
Server statistics (eg. extension capacity utilization, CPU, memory statistics and other server processes in progress statistics)
Planning module contains detailed options of planning for technicians` activities to be efectively used

Another part of the system is the invoicing module. Every month, an automatic issuance of invoices for all the clients takes place. The invoices in PDF format are then send via e-mails. The system checks the settlements of the invoices according to the imported bank statement and in case of a default, the client service will be automatically suspended. The invoicing module allows as well issuance of individual invoices, figuring out the overpayments, underpayments and inclusions. It is possible to export the invoices issued into accounting systems such as:
