In this section, you can set public holidays and task types that will be used in the Scheduling module. 



On this page, you have a list of public holidays that is utilised by the system. It is used mainly for the purposes of the Scheduling module. Public holidays are displayed in the calendar there, which allows you to avoid planning tasks for holidays (or even for a day before a certain holiday). Clients using different localizations have to modify the list of public holidays to match the list of holidays in their respective countries. New holidays can be added by clicking on . Enter a particular date and its description and click on Save. All manually added holidays can be icon edit edited or icon check ko grey deleted.



On this page, you can preset various task types so that they can be used later on in the Scheduling module. You can icon edit edit or icon delete btsp delete them in the overview. You can also specify which of them are supposed to be the default ones (icon check ok) and which not (icon check ko). A new task type can be added by clicking on . When adding/editing a task type, you can set its name, price and the color that will be used as the background color for the task type in question. Furthermore, it is possible to specify mandatory documents (contracts, photos).
