On this page, you may add to the system documents intended for administrators.


It is very easy: Click on , choose a particular file, enter its description and select whether it will be displayed in the Client portal or not (e.g. up-to-date price lists, new tariff discounts or limited-time special offers).

icon info2 When the file is saved, it is automatically converted to PDF if you set the pdf_automatic_convert parameter to 1 in Settings Syst. settings General.

Once these files are saved to the system, all administrators can download and view them.


The following details are available in the overview of documents: the date and time when a given document was created, its name, size and description, the information on whether it is supposed to be displayed in the Client portal and the name of the administrator that added it to the system.

A given document is displayed in the Client portal. / A given client is not displayed in the Client portal.

When you click on one of these icons, its value is set to the opposite of the current value.

Document name When you click on the name of a particular document, it will start to download.

It contains newly added functionalities and modifications of the system which are displayed by versions and issue date. Changelog articles are also displayed in individual sections / pages of the documentation which relate to new functionality or modification.
