Dealer module enables internet providers to keep track of dealers´ commissions and payments in a single system. Providers will have all contact and statistic information, including un-/paid invoices. Dealers have individual access to their web interface where commissions can be tracked in invoices. The module give you:

  • Dealer management
  • Administration of commissions
  • Records of payments


How it works

To each service, you may add its dealer and commission, which is paid either regularly based on invoicing (as % of invoiced amount, or fixed amount), or as a one-off commission. Each commission is recorded with its dealer, and then invoiced by the dealer via web interface of the Dealer module.


Thus the module comprises of two parts:

In Settings Administrators Dealers, you may do the following:

  • Add, edit or delete a dealer
  • Edit payments for dealers
  • Display totals of dealer information (number of acquired services, invoices)
  • Display detail information about a dealer and their invoices icon lupa
  • Edit dealer´s credit icon money

Login credentials come from Settings Administrators Dealers.

There are the following available tabs in the web interface:

Dealer´s name An overview of personal and invoicing information, incl. dealer´s predefined commission.
Credit Credit from sold services which is recorded in ISPadmin in services.
Clients acquired An overview of services which contain the dealer in question in ISPadmin, incl. the commission amount.
Billing Dealers have the option to icon add Create invoice for up to the amount of current credit. Just select Invoice group for which the invoice is being issued along with VS/SS, or limit the invoice by month/year. In the overview of invoices, you will see whether an invoice is paid or unpaid, and you can display it by clicking on icon lupa.
Client Payments The list of services and clients along with their payments.
