It is a module for organizing tasks and plans, incl. recording of generated service calls and their resolution by technicians.

The settings of the module are in Settings Syst.settings Scheduling where you can customize the behaviour of the module according to your needs.

It is recommended to adjust the settings of rights for Scheduling in Settings Administrators. Main technician, scheduling administrator, or administrative assistance may plan tasks for each technician here. Technicians have access to their daily plan, where they find out what, when and where is to be resolved on a particular day.

Also, you may define your own task types to mark certain tasks in Settings Code lists Scheduling Task types.

Scheduling module provides for the following examples:

  • Adding new tasks to a service technician´s schedule.
  • Overview of scheduled work of service technicians.
  • Monitoring of workload of all technicians.
